What is Health Coaching?

As a health coach, trained at the Institute of Health Sciences, I will be your mentor, working with you every step of the way on your journey towards better health. I will give you individually tailored nutrition, recipes and lifestyle plans help you reach your goals faster and easier than ever. There will be weekly check-ins, support, accountability and motivation to support you to implement changes, little by little, at a pace that is comfortable for you so you can achieve the health goals set out by you.

What Makes It Unique?

Relationships, exercise, work life, stress and your environment are all just as important to your health as the food you eat. Health Coaching takes all of these factors into account, taking a holistic approach to supporting the whole person.

I use a wide variety of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may be contributing to your individual symptoms and health concerns. Each client is considered unique and recommended a personalized nutrition and lifestyle programme to address nutritional balance and support their body towards maintaining optimal health.
