Garuda combines the core strength and precision of Pilates, the spirituality, pranayama and asana practice of yoga and the fluidity and grace of dance.
“Garuda” takes its name from Indian mythology. Garuda is a sacred bird that changes shape according to its function. Garuda mindful movement is versatile, flexible and precise and has inspired an intelligent and intuitive way to exercise the body.
